Church planting ministry based on the Great Commission
UCF is a church planting ministry based on the Great Commission. Over the years, it has grown to a ministry that has reached all communities throughout the length and breadth of Sri Lanka that cuts across barriers of denomination and race.
Matthew 28:18-20
"Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
UCF has established several house churches and church plants throughout Sri Lanka. These churches have a vital role of spreading the Light of Christ to their communities. Many are in small villages and are the only Christian witness in their community.
UCF regularly conducts seminars and conferences to feed the spiritual needs of its staff as well as other believers. These seminars and conferences are an encouragement to those who attend and provide new insight to make our ministry more effective in the field.
